Founder and Leading Facialist

Katie is the founder of Skin Wise, a luxury skin clinic in the heart of Amsterdam, specialising in advanced, personalised facial treatments focused on long-term skin health.

With over 15 years of experience in the skincare industry, she holds internationally recognised CIBTAC and CIDESCO qualifications - two of the highest standards in professional beauty therapy. Her career has taken her across the globe, from luxury cruise ships to high-end spas in Australia, shaping her understanding of diverse skin types, environments and the level of care expected at the highest standard.

Originally from Cork, Ireland, Katie has been based in the Netherlands for over a decade, where she built her expertise in advanced skin therapy before founding Skin Wise in 2022. Today, the clinic is known as a premium destination for clients who value precision, trust and results-driven treatments.

Katie’s approach is rooted in long-term skin health rather than trends. Her work combines clinical knowledge with a refined, intuitive touch - creating treatments that deliver visible results while supporting overall skin balance and wellbeing.

She is deeply committed to continuous education, maintaining the highest standards and mentoring her team to deliver a consistently elevated, five-star experience.

Leveraging almost a decade of experience in digital management, she handles our client communications and clinic workflow to ensure a premium experience for every guest.  Margaux is dedicated to the behind-the-scenes work that makes our mission possible: helping every client achieve their natural, healthy glow through organized and attentive care.

Junior Facialist

Thirza has been part of Skin Wise since 2024 and has trained 1:1 with Katie to master our signature techniques. With a deep passion for skin health and a naturally nurturing approach, she brings calm confidence, precision and care to every treatment. Through ongoing education and hands-on experience within the clinic, Thirza is dedicated to helping each client achieve healthier, more radiant skin, while creating a relaxing and personalized experience from start to finish.
