At Skin Wise, we kindly request 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to allow us time to offer your spot to clients on our waiting list. Cancellations, changes, or no-shows within 48 hours will incur a fee equal to 100% of the treatment cost. Please note, deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling or cancellations can be done via your booking confirmation email up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations are not accepted through WhatsApp, as it is monitored during business hours only. The best way to contact us is via email or by calling us directly.
To ensure you receive your full treatment, please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid delays for the next client.
Gift voucher bookings need to be made via email or telephone. Gift vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase.
