1. The Role: Junior Beauty Therapist / Internship - Part Time

You’ll support our senior therapists, welcome clients into our skin sanctuary, assist with treatments, manage webshop orders and develop hands-on skills in the skincare industry. This is a learning-focused role with real growth potential for the right person.

2. The Role:  Experienced Beauty or Skin Therapist - Part Time

We are looking for an experienced, confident and grounded Beauty or Skin Therapist to join our small, intimate team long-term.

• Part-time employee position
• 1–2 days per week to start, with clear opportunities to grow
• Saturday availability is essential (minimum 2 Saturdays per month)
• This role is suited to a well-established therapist looking for a long-term professional home, not a short stop

Who We Are Looking For:

You are a reliable, responsible and trustworthy therapist who:

• Has at least 5 years of professional experience in the beauty or skin industry
• Works confidently and independently in the treatment room
• Has a calm, grounded presence with strong attention to detail
• Is professional, polished and well-presented
• Is enthusiastic, hard-working and genuinely passionate about skin and client care
• Holds high standards and is eager to continue learning and growing

You would never be late, careless or unprofessional. When clients leave your treatment room, they can’t wait to come back.

Skills & Experience:

• Level 3 or 4 qualification
• Strong skin analysis and consultation skills
• Confidence treating all skin types and concerns
• Excellent hygiene and treatment room standards
• Confident with extractions and deep tissue facial massage
• Comfortable recommending homecare and retail products
• Able to deliver bespoke, one-to-one treatments independently

A strong bonus if you have experience with:

• Intra Oral (buccal) massage
• Microneedling
• SkinCeuticals or other Advanced skincare brands
• Advanced skin treatments or devices
• Tinting and/or threading
