How do I return my order?
- If for some reason you are unhappy with your Skin Wise purchase you can return it within 14 days from date of purchase.
- You must pay for the postage of the return yourself and send to; Skin Wise, Antje Breijerstraat 147, Hoofddorp, 2132 ZT, Netherlands.
- Returns after 14 days of purchase are not possible. A credit note will be issued to you to the value of the returned item. Please allow for 7 days for processing of returned items.
- Please send a email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to start your return. / print return form and attach with return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Opened and used face and eye masks cannot be returned due to health and hygiene regulations.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
What if my order came damaged /faulty?
We ensure each item is packaged very carefully and hope it arrives safely to you. However we never know what can happen during the transit. We will kindly ask you to email email@example.com with any pictures and the description of any issues you may have. This must be done within 7 days from the date of purchase.
