Use with your favorite cleansing product and massage around the face, neck and chest for 1-2 minutes. Use as often as desired. Use it 2-3 times a week. Daily is not necessary. Do not give any force or pressure when using the brush - it does all the work itself.

Avoid using on broken, irritated, thin or pustular acne skin types. Do not use on fresh or new scars, sunburn, rosacea, eczema, herpes or other skin inflammations.
