Cancellation Policy

We hope you do not need to cancel, but if you must, we would appreciate notice as follows. Our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to treatment.  Any cancellations, changes, or no-shows within 48-hours of appointment are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the cost of your treatment. If you need to cancel your appointment before the cancellation policy deadline, no payment will be required. Deposits made online are non refundable.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. We have an automated appointment reminder that goes out 48 hours before your scheduled appointment and a sms text 24 hours before your appointment.

No Show Policy

These types of appointments can have a lot of impact on business. Please let us know if you cannot make your appointment so we can plan our schedule and other clients accordingly. A “no show” for an appointment will result in a  payment for the entire treatment. This will also be noted on your file for future appointments.

We strongly advise all our clients to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to start the treatment on time and give you the full experience.

Out of respect for our clientele, if you arrive late for your appointment, it will end as scheduled so as not to delay the next client.

Please understand that when you make a reservation with us, we have set aside that time specifically for you and may have turned away other possible clients to hold that reservation for you. If you fail to provide notice within the above requirements, the cancellation fee will be charged.
