3. The preferred date and time (which you saw available online)
4. The number on your gift voucher

*Please note we work with an online booking schedule that requires a deposit. This means if you have a gift voucher, in order to avoid the deposit fee, you must book by email. There is a small chance that the time and date you saw available online might be taken by the time we respond to your email, but we will do our best to facilitate you.
